1. Who I am
I am Monika Holland trading in the United Kingdom. I provide online health consultations and group classes worldwide.

2. The personal data I collect
I may collect and process the following personal information:

- Transaction data: payment details (processed securely by [Stripe/PayPal/etc.], I do not store your card details).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies/analytics if you use my website.

4. How I store and protect your data
- Digital notes and client records are kept on password-protected systems (e.g. Google Drive, [insert if you use Notion, Calendly, etc.]) with two-factor authentication enabled.
- Paper notes (if any) are stored in a locked cabinet.
- I limit access only to myself (and any assistant bound by confidentiality).
5. How long I keep your data
- Consultation notes: retained for up to 3 months after our last session, unless you request earlier deletion and it is lawful to do so.
- Transaction/tax records: kept for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year (HMRC requirement).
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Cookies/analytics data: see Cookie Policy.
I regularly review data and securely delete anything no longer needed.
6. Sharing your data
I do not sell your information. I may share it with:
- Payment providers: Stripe, PayPal (to process payments).
- Communications tools: Zoom (to run sessions).
- Email/newsletter provider: (Systeme.io/kit.com etc).
- Cloud storage: [Google Drive/Dropbox ].
These providers act as “data processors” and are bound by contracts to protect your data. Some are outside the UK/EEA (e.g. US). Where this is the case, I rely on approved safeguards such as the UK-US Data Bridge or Standard Contractual Clauses.
